Once you’ve set up your License Administrator account on the California RBS Portal, you can also register yourself as alcohol server or manager to ensure compliance with Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training requirements. 

How to Register as an Alcohol Server or Manager on the California RBS Portal

1. Log Into Your California RBS Portal Account:

• Start by logging into your account on the California RBS Portal using your License Administrator credentials. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to manage and add roles in the portal.

2. Navigate to the RBS Server Roster:

• Once logged in, locate the navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on the “RBS” option to access your license’s RBS server roster. This section allows you to manage server registrations and other related tasks.

3. Access the Application Section:

• In the RBS server roster area, click on “My Applications.” This will take you to a page where you can start a new application for a server role.

4. Initiate a New Application:

• Click on the “New Application” button to begin the registration process. You will see options for different types of applications.

5. Select the Server Role:

• Choose the “Server” option to register as an alcohol server or manager. This selection will prompt you to complete the necessary registration forms to take on this role in the portal.

6. Pay the Registration Fee:

• Be aware that registering as an alcohol server or manager requires a non-refundable fee of $3. Prepare to make this payment as part of the application process.

7. Complete the Application:
