Is Your Training Course Showing Up as Expired? Here’s What to Do
If you’ve received an email inviting you to take your training course but, when you try to access it, you’re seeing an “expired” notice or being prompted to pay for the course, don’t worry, this is a common issue and can usually be resolved quickly.
Here are the steps you should follow:
1. Log In Directly Through the Website
Go directly to www.certifiedalcoholtraining.com.
- Once logged in, click the person icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Locate your CA RBS Training course in your account dashboard.
This often resolves the issue, as email links can sometimes cause errors.
3. Check With Your Group Leader
If you are taking the course through a group or employer and still don’t have access, you may need to confirm with your group leader that courses have been purchased for you. Without a purchased course assigned to your account, you won’t be able to begin training.
2. Contact Our Support Team
If you still don’t see your course or it continues to show as expired, reach out to our support team at support@certifiedalcoholtraining.com
- In some cases, the course simply needs to be updated on our end to restore your access.
By following these steps, most users are able to resolve access issues quickly and continue their training without delay. If you encounter any further problems, our support team is always ready to help!
