Yes, you can update your email address in the RBS Portal. Keeping your email address up-to-date is important in order to continue to receive important notifications, certification updates, and support from ABC.

How to Update Your Email Address in the ABC Portal

• Log into the RBS Portal: Use your current email address and password to access your account.
• Access Your Profile Settings: Go to your profile settings, click on your email address, then to go to the Profile section.
• Add New Email Address: Click the Edit button on the My Profile page, replace your existing email with the updated one, and confirm it in the respective field.
• Submit the Change: Click “Update” to save the changes, then click “Submit” to finalize the update.
• Confirm Your New Email Address: Check the updated email’s inbox for a confirmation email from the RBS Portal. If you can’t find it, check your junk or spam folders. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm your new email address. If you log out of the ABC Portal before confirming your new email address,  you’ll need to log back in with your old email to complete the process.
• Confirmation Deadline: It is crucial to confirm your new email within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email; otherwise, the update will not be processed.
