First, let’s talk about Responsible Beverage Service Training and why you are taking this course.
Alcohol has always had a unique place in our country’s history. It is a product like no other, it is the only product regulated in the Constitution.
On top of that, it has been the main topic of not one, but two Constitutional Amendments, one prohibiting it and one permitting it. The 18th and 21st amendments respectively.
An easy way to remember is that when you are 18 in the US you can vote but can’t drink, and at 21 you can drink.
